Join us as we present the Appalachian Storyteller Dinner this year with dinner delivered FROM this hearth to YOURS.
This year we’ll celebrate together ~ while remaining apart ~ with a traditional Appalachian dinner served at tables all across the city.
During An Appalachian Storyteller Dinner, guests will feast on an authentic Appalachian dinner. Storytelling will be provided by Adam Booth, whose original stories blend traditional mountain folklore, music, and an awareness of contemporary Appalachia.
Sumner County’s most coveted caterer, Celeste Davidson of GoGo Gourmet is a chef who’s caught the attention of the city’s most discerning gala supporters.

The Sumner County Museum began in the 1970’s with the vision of John Garrott, a local businessman who also has the love and knowledge of history of the county. Their mission is to make the history of Sumner County meaningful and attractive to a broad audience by collecting, studying, exhibiting, and interpreting through educational programming, special exhibits, publications and research.
