Join us for an inspirational morning as we honor EMTs  of Valor from our community who have served with gallantry and who have engaged in specific acts of bravery.

Champions of Valor Breakfast presented by Kimbro Air!
During this event, we will recognize & award our EMTs for their acts of valor & hear from our keynote speaker Secretary of State, Tre Hargett.
In addition to these awards:
– Opening the Breakfast & Presenting the Colors is Station Camp High School Army JROTC
– Jennifer Waddell, Fox 17 News anchor, emcees the event
– SV Commander of VFW Post 9851, Dave Moomy, will talk about the VFW and the EMTs
– Keynote Speaker, Tre Hargett, Secretary of State will be introduced by State Representative Johnny Garrett
– Head of EMTs will introduce the Awards
– Secretary of State, Tre Hargett & Representative Johnny Garrett, will personally award our EMT’s for their acts of valor in service to their community

VFW Post 9851 serves veterans and their immediate families, widows, and those veterans honorably discharged by providing various services and opportunities to connect.

We serve the community in several ways; we host lunches and support local VA hospital patients, for example. You will recognize one of our charitable programs throughout Hendersonville area schools by the display of American flags in the classrooms, and we support Cancer Aid & Research Programs.
