HolidayFest serves as the umbrella organization to promote, market, and act as the governing body to set policies and determine approval of the charity and service organizations that will be supported. HolidayFest Board members act as ambassadors for these organizations and strive to ensure the integrity of these community events. HolidayFest publishes an annual booklet to highlight the sponsors and the events, printing 10,000 copies that are distributed throughout Sumner County.
